Use of the site

By accessing or using yaarwinindia.in.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Site in any capacity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. Users accessing the Site from within India are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Permitted use

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to transmit unsolicited advertising, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to Site servers or databases, deploy automated scrapers or bots to extract data, or engage in any conduct that restricts other users' enjoyment of the Site. Account responsibility

If you register an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Intellectual property

All content published on Yaar Win: including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is owned by or licensed to Yaar Win and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property legislation. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Ownership and trade marks

The name Yaar Win, its logo, and all related product names, slogans, and designs are trademarks of Yaar Win. You must not use these marks without prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without express written consent.

Permitted use of content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or remove proprietary notices from any content without Yaar Win's written consent. Any user-submitted content, such as reviews or feedback, grants Yaar Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, adapt, and distribute that content across any medium.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Yaar Win, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if Yaar Win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No warranty

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Yaar Win does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Third-party services

The Site may integrate with or reference third-party payment platforms commonly used in India, including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI. Yaar Win accepts no liability for any loss, failed transaction, or data breach arising from your use of those external services. Disputes relating to payments processed through any third-party gateway must be resolved directly with the respective provider. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Yaar Win's total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid to Yaar Win in the 30 days preceding the claim, whichever is lower.
